Is 640 x 480 the max window size? (If not I will repost in tex support to try and get a solution to my problem)

I have copied the overseer file to my HD and downloaded DVD express. When I am at a video portion all I see is the three type of responses. No sound. I'm sure this has been covered some where but I can't find it.
