Re: Wishful thinking time... Actors/Actresses?
The two that come immediately to mind are two of the greatest, most underappreciated (which always means cheap) character actors of all time: Jeffrey Combs - Famous from the cult classic The Re-Animator and Brad Dourif - Famous for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and HUNDREDS of other roles from B m...

Re: G-4 Top 100 Games Ever Created...
Quick note on why it was called Final Fantasy. It was the last game that Squaresoft was going to make, knowing that if it wasn't a hit, they were bankrupt, so the lead designer (who's name I forget) decided to name it Final Fantasy as he figured it would be the last game. Then, unexpectedly, it did ...

I totally want to be a mutant. I'll have to see if my prosthetic expert friends can help me out with that for the picture.

Re: Congratulations to all of the "Old Guard".
Noob status could be conferred on anyone who joined before Kickstarter was even mentioned. I joined in 2010 and I remember the thread (or was it in the FAQ) that actually mentioned a crowd funded game, and Chris and Aaron rejected back then as being unreasonable. Of course, there was no Kickstarter ...

For me, it's all about more story, more chandler ave., and a REAL symphony orchestra! Don't get me wrong, the synthesizers of old have their charm, but think about how great the songs would sound with a full orchestra. That would be amazing.

Re: On Actors and Money Well Spent
All points read and mostly agreed with. I don't think I stressed what I imagined in my head was my main point. That is, with the money they will have, they will either have to call in favors to actors they personally know or spend a good deal of money on a bigger name. It's the second option that bo...

On Actors and Money Well Spent
This was originally posted in another topic, but I went way off topic within that thread and decided I'd make a new thread. This is the exact same post from the other thread (which I wiped): I can't remember where I read this, but I seem to remember reading either Chris or Aaron mentioning $450k is ...

Re: What's the game going to be called? Fedora or Polarity?
If we only get the bare minimum of the goal, I can imagine an all white, low quality cardboard box with black letters stating: Tex Murfy - A computer disk video and gmae

Wow! These continue to impress! Big Finish should totally hire you guys to help work on the game. You have the sense of humor, mindset, and visual sense that's directly in line with Tex. Here's to hoping to see many more videos and maybe some of your own work in a game soon! Cheers!
