Best scene in Tex Murphy Series ...
UAKM - When Tex is breaking into the Knickerbocker and falls from the window and bounces up and down from the awning below.
UAKM - The destruction of the Moon Child.
PD - When Tex first enters the Electronics store and gets his credit card zapped. "I guess that means my credits shot"
PD - Interrogation with Cross.
PD - When Tex gets dropped-off by the NSA agent.
TMO - Jim Slade vs Tex in clocktower.
TMO - All scenes with Tex and Sonny.

It's comments like these that make me think this "Jen" person might actually be a lady. Imagine that, a girl liking Tex Murphy? That's just nutty. Next they'll be letting them driveJen wrote:Earl, what could you possibly think I was implying?

Fun thread.
Just kidding, of course, Jen.
My favorite scenes are definitely Sunny and Tex in Overseer, tex playing basketball in UAKM, the Roto-Router man and Chelsea scene in UAKM, and just about everything in PD.

Keck you crack me up. Yes, I'm the real deal. Believe me, if I was trolling as a guy, I'd be using a "babealicious" pic.
"Stop woman's sufferage now!!"

Yes nutty indeed! Heck maybe one day, I'll be able to vote!Imagine that, a girl liking Tex Murphy? That's just nutty. Next they'll be letting them drive .

See, I didn't like the fight scene between Big Jim Slade and Tex at all. I thought it was a bunch of poorly cut together clips, and it felt more like I was guessing at what was the solution to get by then anything else. In fact, if my memory serves me right, some of the clips repeated themselves.
And to Jen, I know your secret! You found a picture of a girl in a sweatshirt and new nobody would fall for it! I've got your number! Bwah hah hah!
PS
I apologize to everybody for my sudden case of the sillies.

I'd much prefer this board to be PG-13. I mean...what can you do with PG? That's just restrictive.

I would say one of my all time favourite fun scenes would be the piano-playing scene in UAKM. He looks funny the way he plays the piano and the way he sings the song it's just hilarious!
Otherwise I can't agree more to all the other scenes you guys have mentioned. They are truly amazing.
Also - the chase of the Black Arrow Killer from the watertower to Emily's apartment is pretty good - both versions where Tex saves her and he doesn't.
Anyway - you have all covered the best scenes in the games already, so I won't go any more into those. I can only agree completely to what you've said about them

I did enjoy that scene, but deep down I think it could have been edited better. In fact, it should've been.Vracar wrote:See, I didn't like the fight scene between Big Jim Slade and Tex at all. If you've ever seen Richard Norton fight in a Hong Kong action film you know what I mean. Check out "City Hunter" (Jackie Chan) and "Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars" (Sammo Hung) to name but a few.
