No not qnother feest im on a diat u know.

Well i was 113 kilograms last week.
Thats about 30 too heavy for my height of 1.78 meters not that i only eat fast food but i just kook too damm good, u never can just eat one plate.

In any case its alraidy a week laters and i lost 2 kilograms alraidy The main part of the diat is eat less but more ofthen and no huge big pieces of meat.

If this keeps up ill, ohh btw wife does the diet with me we both like my kooking too mutch, be done in 15 weeks but more likelike half a year or more.

I dont mind that is goes slow u slowly get too big and the best way to get it of is also slowly i will go on holiday with my mom and grany in august and i wont diet then i will keep an eye on what i eat but i dont want to count clices of bread toast on my holiday.

I never forget Bastille Day. Mainly because it's my wife's birthday and, although I'm dumb, I'm not quite dumb enough to forget that.
