I'm so thrilled!
For the first time in several years, I'm playing Tex Murphy again! Pandora! I even got the "no disk swapping" to work (see my recent post in the Tex Support forum).
Dosbox was a snap. It's one of the easiest apps (that works as advertised) to load.
I'm posting this because the Tex Support forum is not as frequently visited, and there may be many of you (like I was) who are hesitant to load Dosbox on your pc. Don't hesitate!

Never too late for coffee, never too early for beer.
Hi Gary thanks for the message you sent me on my blog. I tried out what you suggested but didn't find it worked for me in dosbox 0.72 under XP. I know that each system and dosbox version responds in sometimes a different fashion though. I'm going to add your suggestion in a trouble shooting section of my guide though. Glad to see others are still enjoying this great classic.
Happy Gaming!

*gasp* Fred! How dare you! This thread is vibrant with life! It's fiber is structured with love, dosbox, and cookies. Three very essential components to the average person's life. Don't dare to assume that it has nothing to live for .. and furthermore ... umm ... what was I saying? Wait a minute, what were you saying?
I'm not fat ... I'm festively plump.
I was saying that I need not stab this thread, as it is running with scissors by itself
