I know been quit a bit last weeks

Hi all i iknow i been quit the last couple of weeks several reasons.





  • My eyes been giving me more pain the last months.
  • Been tired alot becouse it seems my eyesight has gotten worse hta last year it used to be 16% left in one eye but its now 10% vision left so in short is harder to see.
  • Spending way to muth time with my new puppy who is almost 7 months old ill post some new pics if u want.
  • Geting new lighting in house to make it more easy for me to see things but its partialy payed for by goverment so alot of paperwork. In short geting same kind of lighting as ofices would have to get about 200 lux light on all the room.
  • Ohh been bisy loozing weight ofcourse with diet the last 5 months and lost 18 kilograms by not or 3 stones if thats easyer to untherstand need another 10 kilograms or 1.6 stones to go.
  • Well no excuse realy just missed u all the kind jen the wise JTOG the funkcy cub all u guys and girls ofcourse.
Sigh anything else Hmm not realy i think ohh almost forgoet going on weeks holiday to island off the court to holiday home with all the mod conforts like souna jacusi taning bed with GF and we aint taking phones with us.

PPS got myself or ourselfs a new laptop a acer travelmate 5310 nothing fancy just to put those gaziljon photos on while on holiday.

Yep that was another 5 working days reinstaling it with windows XP man vista is so damm slow in booting even with 1024 megs of memory, why do they all preinstall those things with vista its a reaseneble laptop but with vista u woulb be faster using a etch o sketch.

Hey, Michel, good to see you posting! Sorry to hear about your eyesight getting worse; hopefully the new lights will help.

I'm sure we'd all love to see new pics of the puppy!

I'm hesitant about Vista too. I don't think there's anyway I'd switch over from XP for at least a good long while. Besides, there's absolutely nothing wrong with my XP based laptop, and it does all I need it to--so why risk blowing everything up? :D

The vacation sounds like fun; wish I could get another one one of these days...

Sounds like you are battling through it positively Michel, good stuff!

I agree with the whole Vista thing... but be careful when un-installing vista and re-installing XP... maing becuase you will most likely need to source a new set of drivers to run all your things again, as the drivers that came with the notebook are most likely vista only driver. A pain in the butt, but an online search should return the results for you model in terms of XP drivers.

yeah im glad my edjucation into system defelper tought me that muth first downloaded all xp drivers and the drivers for sata drives to put into a xp installation disk

then removed all drives and makde 2 partitions of both 40 gig it was pre instaled with 3 partitions 1 hidden 20 gig system preinstall and recovery 2 c deive 30 gig and 3 d drive 30 gig all backups u made went on d drive so by the time u got the thing running and installed u ahve less then 50 gig os space left now i only used about 10 gig tops.

thanks all for kind words sadly eyes wont get any better but the light chould help see things more clear and make life more easy.

Congratulations on the weight loss! Good show. Winter's upon me, and I can see a little extra around the ol belly. Gotta use you for some inspiration. :wink:

I truly hope the lights help you out. And that the sight loss at least stabilizes for awhile. Hold onto it as best as you can for as long as you can. Sending good healthy vibes out your way.

Glad "your baby" is so much fun. They grow up fast don't they!!!

I definitely can't harp on you for not posting much, as I don't post much myself. Bravo on the exercise! Speaking of which, I could use some myself...

P.S. Eyes are so overrated. Just go to the local Eye Store and buy yourself a new pair!

Sorry to hear about the failing eyesight, Michel. Keep up the positive vibes and one can never tell what the future holds for someone as pleasant as you.

Good for you on the weight loss! Three stones, eh? I have stones too except they're called rocks...like in my head. Gonna keep them, though cause it's much more fun at 61. Younger people think older ones are crazy or senile anyway, may as well act that way! :lol:

Great puppy pics! We have two cats now - mother and son, both very young. Lots of fun but driving my sinuses wild.

Wow, that's a very busy life right there, I hope it works out and of course to hear from you more on the TM forums. I've been very busy too now that i'm on Holidays from University. I work eleven hour days, 6 days a week as i've been promoted to training co-ordinator until I go back to University, but i'm loving it, so I also apologise for my absence.
