Ahoy everyone! Happy New Year!! Hope 2008 is a great one for everyone.
Here's a little treat for all: I took some footage of the Sydney NYE fireworks display and uploaded it! Find the video here:

...I started taking the footage about 8 mins in using my Cannon IXUS 850IS Digital Camera... I started trying to take stills, but gave up and just recorded video so I could just hold the camera up and enjoy the fireworks without looking through a screen. We were located at Blues Point which is in North Sydney, about 2kms away from the CBD on the other side of the harbour, and about 500m away from the Harbour Bridge.
It captues about half way through the 15 minute display and includes the grand fanale, with plnety of highlights in between.
