My thoughts are with you too - I know the hurt of losing a trusty old friend. He was old and weak, and he could hardly see, and I knew that when my parents said he was going to the vet it would be the last time I saw him. I spent a nice long time hanging out with him and talking to him, and I'm pretty sure he knew what was coming up. He was a border collie and golden retriever mix, black and white. Sad stuff...
