I thought, with a name like Joliet_Jane you you'd be from the Chicago area. Is there another Joliet somewhere?

Definitely need more places to find food :D Pubs are easiest to find food at since all over Australia they are like 3 meters apart from each other :D, blame that on the common pie eating foot ball watching moron Australian stereotypes that power the whole alcohol economy here in Australia which IMO is a very very big problem even if it is basically the Australian identity in its entirety :P.
Hey! That's un-Australian!

...my god I hate the phrase, 'un-Australian'. It applies to anyone who is not a pie eating, beer drinking football slob who spends more than half of every day in the pub firguring out the best way to cram the word 'mate' the most into to every sentence... and pretty much anyone who is willing to say anything negative about Australian culture.

If you want a good comparison to what effect that comment is used; it is similar to getting accused of being a communist in the 1960's.

Anyway I am with you Cyberpunk, local independent pizza places all the way! Did somebody say Eagle Boys?

I live in Evansville, IN and we pretty much have all the major chain stuff that's already been named...however, we don't have a shoney's here any more or a Little Ceasers Pizza. I'm originally from Owensboro, KY (about 35 to 40 minutes away) and they have a little burger joint there called "The Big Dipper" and let me tell ya...the best cheeseburger and milkshakes ever....EVER!!! Seriously. And right next door to the Dipper is Moonlite Bar-b-que...the best place to get barbecue chicken, pork, and mutton. All you can eat lunch buffet with drink for $10...also comes with a dessert bar and salad bar as well. Absolute heaven for those who like to stuff their bellies.

My fav is Taco Bell with KFC a close second. I also love Arby's bacon, beef cheddar burgar with a genorous slaving of horsey sauce.

Hey Cub! One of my favorite non-USA sports is Australian Rules Football which is a nice way of saying "No Rules Football." Love that sport! It makes a nice addition to my beer and Taco Bell fetish.
