I spoke to a Telltale guy on the phone right before E3. We planned to meet up at the expo but it never happened since I was so busy running from one end of the convention center to the other all day, every day. He laughed when I asked about the Sam and Max rights and couldn't tell me much, but it was obvious they REALLY wanted to do the game. I can't imagine it's in the wrong hands right now.
Anybody who has been on these boards for a long time will remember I recommended to AC that he watch Broken Sword 3 after he pontificated that a 3D Murphy would work. What I'm trying to say is, don't ever listen to me again. May BS 4 be much better than 3, with the nonending box-pushing puzzles.
