A&W Root Beer

Hey Doc! Maybe we should meet up at the one close to your house and have some "suds" and dogs. Bring your family and I'll bring the little lady and we can reminisce.

Alright so I am back from my trip to Sault Ste. Marie and I managed to find an A&W that actually served coney sauce! YAY! I went to Sault Michigan (as well as Sault Ontario) and there was not even an A&W there. The trip to the states wasn't a total bust, I managed to snag a couple boxes of Cookie Crisp so it was well worth it in my opinion. (Canada doesn't have Cookie Crisp, at least not to my knowledge.) Anyway While I was in the A&W in Ontario I completely forgot to take photos of the fries and coney sauce for those who are confused as to what it is. (Sorry) But to make up for it I did get something else reportable. I noticed that the place mat had some interesting puzzles on it that I thought I'd share here. I found it entertaining to say the least:

Here's what the place mat looked like normally:

Oh and in case you're having trouble solving the puzzles, here's the answers:

That crossword puzzle was tough - why did you include it? The word search wasn't as bad as I originally thought and the match puzzle required only moderate effort. Whew! I sure hope they don't give me the same puzzles down here the next time I go!!!

I expect those puzzles to be in Three Cards to Dead Time

Hey Jim,
I haven't been ignoring you.
I have not been on the board all week and I just noticed your post now.

Yes indeedy! That would be cool to meet at the A and Dub. I just got my '57Chevy started on Sunday, so now I'm ready to go to A&W in style.
Stu,

I laughed out loud at those puzzles.
I loved 'em.
