Stones Really Suck...

Okay before any gets mad at me, I'm not talking about the Rolling Stones... lol


I'm talking about Kidney Stones... I'm in the Hospital right now, I've got a couple of Kidney Stones that aren't passing... I've been here since Sunday... I had Surgery this afternoon... But this kind of Surgery is a 2 Part Surgery... I'll probably be able to go home tomorrow, but I'll need to comeback in a few weeks for the other part of the Surgery...

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about what was going on...

Aarrghh, ugly business. My grandmother just had some removed a couple of weeks ago so i've got some idea of what you're going through. You sound well though, so just take the time you need and return when you're settled again.
Sorry to hear about this. I hope all goes well and you're through the worst of it quickly.

I had to have Kidney Stents put in... In a few weeks I'll have to go have them removed... The 2nd part of the Surgery is suppose to be an Outpatient thing, so hopefully my hospital stays are over for quite awhile...

My parents were kind enough to look after my son, make sure he got off to school and all... All seems to have gone well... Just hope the next step goes as well...

outch so bloooming painfuill i had gall stones last year and man i was lucke one day operation felt fine ate waht ever i wanted afther operation.

Then the pain killers wore off when i was home LOL but alot better then before the operation.
Live is too short to waste it make sure its with the one u love !

Yeah I had my Gall Bladder removed back in 2004, the pains are quite similar but more intense with Kidney Stones...

I go for my follow up tomorrow to find out when my next Surgery is to have the Stents removed... I really can't stand the Stents, they make me feel like I have to pee all the time... Makes going to sleep a bit hard, because I can't sleep with the feeling that I need to go...
