Tex Murphy hint books?

Before Prima Strategy Guide many companies were publishing their own hint books. I've been collecting those for years but I could never find any information if there were hint books for the first two Tex Murphy games. The later three had corresponding PSGs but what about Mean Streets and Martian Memorandum? At this point I am almost convinced that they never existed -- does anybody have a proof to the contrary?
