I never have much faith in games of movies.

Though Ghostbusters was an exception. No idea about this one though.

I heard it wasn't that great.

Yeah, movie video games are usually terrible because they are usually just rushed pieces that are governed by the distributors. Ghostbusters was good because it was actually made by an independent games studio and was about the films, so I guess it was in a different kettle of fish.

I think, too, one reason Ghostbusters was good was because it was not on the same release schedule as a film.

It was released by itself. If it was released to coincide with a movie, I think it would have been terrible.
