GOG deal

So... first things first: hi y'all! Long time since I've visited, happy to see you so active!

To my question: does anyone have an idea how are TM games doing on GOG? I mean, is this deal paying off, do you think new people have been introduced to these games, and that it is generating some sort of buzz, or income?

I've recommended the games some times on a forum I post, on threads about GOG, but I don't know how many actually bought them.

Good to hear from you again!

I don't know if new fans are being attracted to Tex through Gog, but I think most of the regular posters on this board have purchased the Tex games on Gog. I imagine that some new fans found Tex through Gog, and the recent sale on Tex games can't have hurt.
The games are good, they play on XP and Vista... Just download and install and you're good to go...

I believe there was a small problem with Overseer, but to my knowledge it has been fixed...

As a frequent visitor at gog forum, there has been a lot interest in tex murphy there.
not sure if they are new but there are a hell of lot of old players who had their disks in the cupboard or lost them over the years re downloading from gog.

It has helped keeping tex alive

Also new players to 3CTM generated a bit of interest on the creaters of tex murphy.

Great to see you again, SL. Don't know much about GOG (other than Gog of Magog in Ezekiel) but I hope Tex gets some recognition there; we could use all the support we can get.
