Graphic Adventures, the Book
Hello all,
Just fell across a book that might be interesting for most of you. It's a book that tells the story of graphic adventures throughout time highlighting games from Lucasfilm/Lucasarts, Sierra and more. It mostly consists of articles from Wikipedia that has been rewritten and added more stuff - screenshots in particular. There's even a chapter about Tex Murphy in it and an interview with Chris Jones. It's a very interesting read although the interview was made a month prior to the release of Three Cards To Midnight.
You can buy the book at $29 or download it for free in HTML-format

Thanks for the link.
I skipped ahead to the end to read Chris's interview. That was funny what he said.
Overall, I would say that our games were well-received and generated a moderate but avid fan base.
Avid just doesn't seem to be sufficient to describe our craze. Haha.
