Alright, fess up. Who did it?

A good while back I remember someone posting they had made a text adventure. I don't, however, recall who it was. Though, I vaguely suspect it might have been the Doc.

Does anyone else remember this? Or even better yet, have a link to it?

I'd like to give it a whirl.

It was the Doc.
I think it was dealing with getting into the Waterfront Warehouse to talk to Thomas Malloy.
That was fast. Like, rapid response team action going on

Only from the best!
Yes it was the Doc, I had a link on my other computer, but since my Drive Died I haven't sent it out to be recovered yet, so I don't know if the Link will still be there when I get it back or not... Depends on how much they are able to recover...

I read a good deal of it, it seemed pretty good... He had only done a small amount of work on it and with as little as we've seen him around I would wager to say that he has put it on hold...

If my memory serves me correctly, I think the Doc also did a Zork-based text adventure that was quite good.
Yeah, I recently found Zork on the web as a flash-based text game, and finally tried it. It was excellent fun, and I found I wanted more. Then I recalled someone here made one.

Knowing it was the Doc will probably help narrow my search down, though.

And someone tell Dr Paul to log off his new shiny playstation and come back and join us again. We miss his posts!

He said he was going to put it into his routine that he would come on at least the 1st of every month, I guess that PlayStation's call is just too mighty even for Doc resist...

At least we know now thought that it is Gaming that is keeping him away and not anything else... It was certainly a big relief when he logged on and apologized for his PlayStation keeping him away...

But yes I agree with you, I miss his posts as well...
