Plumbers Don't Wear Ties - the worst game of all time

For a little while i've been a fan of the Angry Video Game Nerd and can't really recall when i've been disappointed with his output. On this one, he's really delivered the goods on an ancient console called the 3DO. This was an era of gaming where developers were experimenting with Full Motion Video in an attempt to bridge the gap between cinema and gaming. While a worthy and feasible concept, very few of the results ever ended up rewarding the player.

While the game reviewed, Plumbers Don't Wear Ties, isn't a typical representation of what those games were like, it cannot be denied it is one of the worst of them and partially responsible for the death of the genre. Funny stuff, I urge you to watch the review:

But the game certainly is bad, I was so curious I even spent ten minutes playing it on YouTube. Wow, that hurt.
Wow. That "game" is truly, truly awful.
its also annoying that the game tells you off for doing the logical thing, ie. turning the girl into a whore and watching some good C-Grade porn.. I mean.. judging from the name, and the pictures, and the actors, you'd thought that this would be what you were getting but noooo.

Phantasmagoria 1 and 2 has this beat easily. At least that makes it known right away that the reason you bought it was for the porn lol.

as for Plumbers dont weare ties, omg saw that rew back when it came out.. jebus what a horribel game. truely one of the worst.. but i must agree with James that Dr jekyll and Mr hide is the worst.. that being said, i havent seen the E.T game for real yet :P

I love the AVGN. There are a lot of guys making video games review videos, but he's the only one with the editing and comic acting talents to do it better than anyone.
