Essentially, it's an HD version of the re-imagining that was released last year for the Wii and DS. While i'll always prefer the original, it's going to be nice to actually own a copy of Goldeneye apart from the DS version I have:

Surely they could also do a PC version too given that it's Activision? A 3DS version would also be very welcome.

Interesting. I think the first Goldeneye was one of the most brilliant games ever made, so if this comes to PS3, I may have to get it.

I wouldn't get that excited. I played through the new version of Goldeneye on the Wii, and it was pretty much Call of Duty in James Bond pants. Any semblance of nostalgia was lost after the first camera sweep.

It's not that it's a bad game, it's just not...Goldeneye. Such as, did you know that Boris never shows up in the game?
