2003 Graham Act in Overseer & 2001 Patriot Act

I just came across the bit about The Graham Act mentioned in Pandora Directive and was wondering if it's been pointed out already? It was passed around 2003 when the US was having trouble with terrorist groups, akin to the 2001 Patriot Act.

The only Graham act in the USA is the Willis-Graham Act of 1921, which applies to Telephone Companies... It doesn't have anything to do with Blowing People's Faces off...

Yes, I should have clarified: I meant in-game 2003, not in reality. Pandora Directive was set in 2043, and 40 years before would have been 2003 in the game's storyline.
Oh, your post made it sound like you were comparing it to reality... Because there have been some things that ended up matching up with events after the game was made...

Tex has stated that a Female Clinton will be President, he never gave a first name, just said that it was a She... So we've got about 32 years to go to see if Chelsea or Hillary make it into the big office, or if another Female Clinton comes on the scene...
I have a feeling we'll see Hillary run again in 2016...
