If any of you make music...
I didnt know if there was any kind of thread for this and wanted help every aspiring artist to use any outlet to help each other get their music out! I thought we could post some stuff here or if anyone else has suggestions of a better place to go that would be cool too.
A project Ive been working on is a Black Metal group so I dont suppose many of you would like to hear but I am writing one of the songs inspired by Tex Murphy! The inspired song will be called Under A Killing Moon obviously but if anyone wanted to check some of my other works you could check my page at: http://soundcloud.com/thesinisterministers Thank you!

Great idea for a thread! I'm by no means a professional, but I compose in Reason from time to time just for shits and giggles - I don't really know if I fit within a genre as my music's pretty diverse. Instrumental/Ambient maybe? Some of the later songs have lyrics, but they're not included as I'm yet to find the appropriate vocals. I'd love to hear some feedback, as you'll be the first people to ever hear my music besides myself (I'm fairly self conscious, but I feel fairly at ease around you guys).

Thank you good sir! You've got a bad ass guitar man!dcat151 wrote:By the way, nice guitar. Among my many guitars is a Jackson DKMGT that I love.
Thank you! Every one of those songs are about 4-5 years old so at the time I had not quite developed my singing (or rather screaming) style so I was probably a bit premature putting it out there like Rockefeller said. I think Im gonna change it today to the non-vocal one.dcat151 wrote:I checked out the couple of songs you had uploaded. Black metal singing isn't my favorite. But, I thought there were some great riffs on Medapataeca.
I too am a bit self-conscious about my music as well I just thought that $#it! Its already been 6 years since Ive started writing music and I haven't put ANYTHING out. Its just time and who else better to share with but the coolest people on the net? Everyone in Tex's crew or Mutant League have always been very supportive and I would feel comfortable sharing some stuff with you guys before anyone else! Youve got some pretty good transcendent tunes Rocky! Reminds me a bit of Amethystium. I really liked Danxr VII, very relaxing-like!rockefeller wrote:Great idea for a thread! Yeah, it's live and audio's not really good, but if someone's interested I could upload the CD tracks somewhere

It is actually an ESP custom guitar based on the one played by Kirk Hammett of Metallica.
It is signed by Jason Newsted, Lars Ulrich and Kirk Hammett.
Well it is signed by Kirk Hammett twice because the guitar comes with his signature on it below the lacker, but they also signed it when I met them.
