Game Assets from UAKM, PD, & TMO?

Has anyone ever extracted game assets from UAKM, PD, & TMO?

Models, places, textures, sounds, etc?

I have an oculus rift and I wanted to recreate Tex's PD office from it and mess around. It would go a lot more quickly if a textured 3D version of the office already existed somewhere.

You could try the Overviewer application in the downloads section. It does have some of the assets, but not any textures. There are some sounds from Pandora and some images from Overseer.
