So, there is this festival in Cincinnati that just thrills my son where he can dress up like a cowboy and pretend to rustle up bad guys and have a showdown in the street. The people that put this on are supernice, and all volunteer as I can tell. This runs from September to mid-October on weekends only. We went to the "Hero" (cowboy) weekend last year and both my kids liked it, so we're off to it again this year. The first October weekend is Steampunk and my kids and I have created some really cool stuff for our "gear". My son will look better than Arliss Loveless from Wild Wild West!
