Oculus Rift - virtual reality headset

Anyone planning to get this? As all of you must know, our beloved Tesla Effect is one of the supported games. Chris also made a video pitch for it. That was 2 years ago. After much delay, the release of OR is finally imminent. But the PC system requirements are STIFF, reportedly the equivalent of playing 4K games on a PC. My PC can barely play the latest 1080p (2K) games, so I won't see OR any time soon.

I have no plans to get 1 right now. Before I would get a Rift I would buy a 3D printer.

On expert predicts that it will only sell half as well due to high price, lack of content, and unattractive form factor, LOL. I agree with the last part: the thing looks ugly.
