Aren't you in some sort of copyright violation here? I mean, doesn't AC own the rights to Tex, Tex's appearance, logos etc?
Unless you're affiliated some way with AC or CJ I ain't touching anything, sorry.

Pirates, vampires, zombies, ninjas, ghouls, aliens, goblins, monsters, robots, sorcerers, undead, werewolves, demons, mutated dinosaur-cyborgs and those pesky phone salesmen! The shotgun is a one-size-fits-all solution!
my thoughts exactly. I definately understand -- if you feel upset that the Access guys wont be getting a cut of the shirt percentages, don't buy it. But to me, as a fan first and foremost who hasn't seen a new game in close to a decade, the least stuff like this does is keep some renewed interest in a character we all love.

I seem to remember this question being raised while reading a thread a while back where some comic company had used this logo to represent their Noir line - and I think it was established that this logo, of the guy holding he gun - was not created, but rather used by access software, and it was actually some kind of royalty free clipart. I don't remember the title or the of the thread or the validity of this claim, but if anyone does, please enlighten me.
