My silence

I'm sure some people might have noticed I've been gone for a while. Especially those that actually were reading my attempt at Tex Murphy fan fiction. I've been busy for a while, but now I'm back.

As for my writing, I'm taking up numerous projects at the same time, but I haven't forgotten about finishing my Tex story. I'm going to be working on that along with an original story about my own detective in a splicing of genres I call noir fantasy thriller.

1. Good to see you posting again.

2. Like many others, I enjoyed your Tex story and look forward to future chapters.

3. Your own detective story? Sounds interesting. Keep us posted on its progress.

While we're on the subject of fantasy and noir and/or hard-boiled detective fiction let me recommend the movie Cast A Deadly Spell. It is very enjoyable, and weird.

Interesting...it's directed by Martin Campbell, directer of Goldeneye and the upcoming Casino Royale. Alas, mine isn't meant to be a comedy. I've managed to come up with a title for it though, as I'm developing the outline.

I'm calling it, "Black Diamond."
