My silence
I'm sure some people might have noticed I've been gone for a while. Especially those that actually were reading my attempt at Tex Murphy fan fiction. I've been busy for a while, but now I'm back.
As for my writing, I'm taking up numerous projects at the same time, but I haven't forgotten about finishing my Tex story. I'm going to be working on that along with an original story about my own detective in a splicing of genres I call noir fantasy thriller.

While we're on the subject of fantasy and noir and/or hard-boiled detective fiction let me recommend the movie Cast A Deadly Spell. It is very enjoyable, and weird.Vracar wrote:I'm going to be working on that along with an original story about my own detective in a splicing of genres I call noir fantasy thriller.

Interesting...it's directed by Martin Campbell, directer of Goldeneye and the upcoming Casino Royale. Alas, mine isn't meant to be a comedy. I've managed to come up with a title for it though, as I'm developing the outline.
I'm calling it, "Black Diamond."
