Anyone have any requests of places to call, or 'types' of places?
Do a google for Thomas Malloy.. I found a $#it load of potential candidates :D
(just make sure you do it on a private phone as to stop them doing a trace, because that would suck :D)

Imagine "I'm looking for Thomas Malloy".. "Speaking" "Thomas Malloy" "yeah?" "Thomas Malloy" "What?" "Thomas Malloy" "What the hell is your problem?!" "yeah... Thomas Malloy".. [hangs up]

lol.

OMG that's a great idea!!! I'll see what I can do... So far I've been using '*67' before each call so it appears as a restricted number. By the way, if I were to call mother she'd be the first to actually call the cops  so that's a negative :P

Ok, through many a day of conniving, pleading, and tons of trial and error, everything seems to be in order.

Because this is the last contest I'll be donating to/running, I thought that EVERYONE that participated should get something for their efforts.

Also, maybe a real private investigator-office. If even just to see how quick they catch on :D

UnderAKillingMoon, I still have to wonder where you got all these great items, and signed too no less! Are you friends with Aaron, Chris & co. or something? Great effort, though, you should give yourself a prize. :)

Ok, just to add some fun, I thought I'd drag up a post from the past. The above post if from Cubase (who else (well, there's Jim, Jen, Fred. . .)). It's from July of 2005. It's on page 21 of the posts. Just a little nostalgia, I suppose.

OMG! Is it cheating to recycle posts from the past?!?!

Now if we're gonna do nostalgia, (and i think it's a GREAT IDEA Gary) we've got to bring back up all these old cool creative things from the contest. There's a ton of chuckles and positive Tex energy to be had there!

FUN!!

Wow, if you're going to post on an ancient thread, do make it clear what i's about! I mean, I admit to not following this forum like a hound dog, but what the hell? Okay, I'm capable of typing, that's an improvement. Thanks for the stuff that got sent to me!! It's got a nice place in my computer room, don't worry about that!

P.S. I bought an Xbox 360, is that treason to the PC adventure game gods? :(

P.P.S. I've gota picture of me with a hat, which is very pertinent to this site, I imagine!

That UAKM signed copy is really great. Its inspiring me during this time of Un-employment in my life. :( I really need a bourbon :P

I idolize the 3 (CJ,AC,AC) a lot because I mean they basically got to live the dream that so many of us wanted to at the time. I mean I would give anything to build a company like access software and design my own videogames for a living.. That's been my dream all along since I first played UAKM. Its very symbolic to me. UAKM and Sonic the Hedgehog are the biggest inspirations that I've had in my life. (which explains my Avatar ;) )

So yeah this was just a perfect prize for me and its really helping me keep motivated. So thanks UAKM poster :D

I hope things start to get better soon :(

Also Console gaming needs to really change its attitude, an Xbox shouldn't be an insult to the Adventure game gods.. rather the industry itself is an insult at present because its pretty much abandoned the Genre. Console gaming isn't the problem, its the trend.

Yep, I just bought an Xbox 360 and I can forget about adventure games on that for the moment. That while I strongly believe that this type of game is best played sitting comfortably on a couch. ;)
