Blade Runner: Ultimate Edition Briefcase.. Now taking orders
Another thing I can agree with. It's ridiculous how some people use anime style thinking it's somehow makes things automatically more adult and serious, not to mention claims that it is more detailed and better looking. The point of the style is to keep things simple and quick and easy to make.mr_cyberpunk wrote:Don't force me to start this debate here too. I'll show you what I mean if I ever get around to finishing Neuromancer: the game. I'm just aposed to using the Anime style, its over used and I think I can do a lot better using Realism in a cyberpunk environment.
By the way, I have finished the Neuromancer game. Can you at least give a hint about what you mean? I wasn't even aware that there was a debate brewing here.
Just saying that that's later than the 80s.Also System Shock and Deus Ex are over 6 years old.. They are well and truly in the past.

Well lets just say I purchased my "tools" today and so you can expect that the new Neuromancer which I am making will look far better than GitS ever could. I don't want to set myself up to disappoint anyone but I know my abilities and I think people will be blown away once I start producing some actual content for you all to gawk atBy the way, I have finished the Neuromancer game. Anime does not make anything more adult, if anything it makes it more childish. It lacks the details.. Where are all the wrinkles on people's faces?! Neuromancer would have never worked as an Anime. This is why I don't think its really the best style for Cyberpunk.. what I'm working with is as I've said on other forums is superior.
