Both of the Original Tex Games, Mean Streets and Martian Memorandum have been considered Abandonware and can be gotten from a number of sites... Below is one that I know has both...

Just download and install through Dosbox and you should be good to go... Just remember to use Folder names that are 8 letters or less, because Dosbox is just like Dos and won't recognize folders with longer names...
This is the easiest way to get them, considering most computers nowadays no longer have the 3.5 inch Floppy in them...
Once you've downloaded and installed them, if you have problems, come back to us and I'm sure there will be someone who can help you get it running... The first 2 games normally install and run with little or no problems though...
