Here I is!!! Actually, your deep, heartfelt concern touches moi. My wife had made plans to go out of town this past weekend and only at the last minute did I manage to get a break from work and join her. In fact, so quick was the decision that I forgot about going to the movies with the Doc!! I am SOOOO embarassed! Sorry Doc! Anyway, we had a great time and shortly after returning, lo and behold!, Cub calls from Down Under! What a wonderful surprise! We chatted for a few minutes (at his expense - thanks, Cub) before signing off. Good to be back here as I missed visitng every day (no laptop or computer where we stayed).

I'm glad you're ok. You had me worried!
We still gotta put those games on the flash drive one of these days. Whenever it's convenient for ya.

Wow I'm away for like a day and there are all these posts. I too still have JTOG's number and like Jen he will have heard my voice but I've not heard his (I'm beginning to think he collects these now).
Glad to hear you're well Jim and hope you had a good weekend.
Are there any people from the Tex board who have met up?

I still think some kind of Tex Murphy summit, or meet-up would be in order. And it only makes sense to do that in either San Francisco, or Salt Lake City. So if anyone is planning a trip to the USA sometime soon, lets see if we can organising going at the same time.
Jim, you don't mind having the whole board over for Cheeseburger Goulash do you?
Oh... by the way I told my girlfriend about the circumstances surrounding our little phone conversation and she cracked up... and yes there will definitely be a shelf for my Tex Murphy stuff in the new place!

I'm all for a get together in SLC. I'll also pony up a half dozen hotel rooms, and rent a van. And pizza.
Even if "The Access Guys" couldn't make it, (but I believe that they prob could), it would be awesome to have a group of us together just for fun.
We talk about this every year or so, but we really should make it happen.
When are you headed to the US Cub? That would be a great time to meet up.

Well my plans of moving to JP are delayed a bit seeing as I am moving out... so at some stage before I commit to living in Tokyo for good, I plan a small word trip... so I imagine it being as close as 12 months away, but not more than 24 months... if that makes sense! Or maybe earlier if I decided to visit just the US (which is not impossible).

Moving in with someone perhaps?? I hope you get a chance to visit, even if it's just as a holiday.
