The last two days have been fantastic! My son and I spent yesterday in downtown Seattle, geeking out. Cheesecake Factory for lunch, Pike's Place Market for comic books, and Gameworks for pinball, old school gaming and DDR.

Today was a half day at work with cake and presents with my coworkers, and dinner and drinks in a swanky restaurant with the Ultimate.

Balancing the karma-scales, I find that with this election's outcome, I can almost forgive fate for taking so many good people this year. Heath Ledger. George Carlin. Paul Newman. All the others.
