I've never actually read or seen anything they have done but I know that they had a cartoon and now they have games so I would assume yes. Except without the constrictions of a single universe like their cartoon (I am assuming.) Everything I intend to do would be it's own thing and unrelated to one another other than me being the common connection. Original stories and works for every instance. The show about games would have nothing to do with the movies I have written OR even the games I have designed. Everything is it's own original thing. The show is merely the catalyst that (hopefully) brings everything else into existence. It serves dual purposes, to entertain and generate interest in my other works to all the parties involved. I hope that clears it up.

EDIT: I'm really going on and on tonite.

Na, Penny Arcade is only restricted to one universe as far as the characters are concerned. I've lost count how many times they've been killed/killed eachother/otherwise ended up dead and so on.

No real continuity to speak of. Unless they so choose.

Hence, my assumption.

If one of the Makers of the show gave us a link to view or download the show, I'd like to think that it wouldn't be Illegal... Wouldn't he be Pirating his own creation???
It isn't Illegal to give away something you own...

I guess it would be up to Stu and whether or not he could get permission from everyone else involved...

Well if it ends up on Television, like we hope for Stu's sake, then it should end up downloadable like any other episode show... So we can hope, if it doesn't go international, we should still be able to get it offline at some point...

Either way, even if for some reason we are unable to see it, we wish you the very best of success with it Stu...

If it comes out on DVD, I'll buy... Stu should have never said anything, I know he is still in the process of making it, but he has my interests peaked...

Okay as for the pilot, it will belong to me unless the network buys the show. So if I fail and the pilot goes nowhere I'll just post it online so everyone can at least see it. If the show gets picked up I will see what I can do about getting it online. It might just be easier to find it on TV if the network buys it. I think a DVD would only come about if I had an entire season completed. Worst case scenario I'll just bootleg my own show and post it somewhere for a brief time for everyone to see. Shhhh . . . they might be listening.

Things are on pause until the Xmas season is over. Everyone is busy getting stuff ready for that and people I need are unavailable until the new year. I'll post news as things develop.
