The only one that works is Ambien CR, but because of Pain Meds for my back/neck and Migraines my Drs. won't give me the Ambien CR because I take a Med at bedtime for Migraines that has a Sedative in it already {which I might add doesn't work for sh;t}... It did however knock down the frequency that I get Migraines, but it does nothing as for making me Drowsy...

The regular Ambien actually has the reverse affect on me, it will make me chatty and I end up keeping my wife awake when I take that... Lunesta does some what the same thing, plus it leaves a very heavy Chalky Taste in your mouth that lasts for at least 2 days, everything ends up tasting like Chalk, at least it did to me...

The only stuff that really works well is the stuff they give to you through the IV in the hospital and tell you to count backwards from 10... I get to 6, my Dr. told me that he never saw anyone get past 8...



Anyway, enough about my medical issues, back to the Honeymoon... lol

I'd be okay with that, IF I didn't have Cervical Disc problems... You could Paralyze me... lol I'm not interested in LOOOONNNGGGG Term Sleep...

Sometimes that happens... This country has innocent people on Death Row, we just had one here in Maryland released a couple of months ago, because DNA from back in the 80s proved him Innocent... Not sure what good it does after you've wasted 25 years of your life in prison to finally be freed, it's not like they give you money to live off of or anything... So what becomes of you??? If you have family still around you could live with them, but most of them wind up living on the streets...

I think if you are innocent and are proven innocent after a lengthy time like that, the government should give you something, not millions of dollars, but something... But they don't...

You get an informal "We're Sorry" from some pencil pushing suit and you are given a ride somewhere, that's it, and sometimes you don't even get the ride...

I thought you could sue the state, local government, something like that.

America is kind of based on the whole concept of "I'll see you in court." Y'know... Among other things...

Not if the Technology wasn't available when your case went to trial... Even though the Tech wasn't available back in the day, they still kept things like Blood Samples and Tissue Samples from Capital Cases like murder and sex crimes... But if the Technology wasn't there to test it to prove your innocence then you have no grounds to sue... People try and the government will sometimes cut a small check to you in agreement for you to keep it quiet, but I'd say the person wouldn't get more than 25,000 at the very most...

That is Sooo true too, especially in ways that could be handled between 2 people... Like car accidents, if there is no injury that required major medical attention, the person will sue any way to have their car repaired to look like it belongs on a showroom floor... Or personal injury, like if someone twisted their ankle walking down your front steps, they'll sue you and try to get thousands from your home owners insurance...

As for crimes, it's more of a "Guilty Until Proved Innocent", not the other way around like it's suppose to be...

Our Judaical System has been screwed up for years, no matter how hard some of us try to do right by the word of law... And now our Economy is in the toilet... This country is ripe for a hostile takeover...
Bush will be out in 2 Months, and that's 3 Months too long... 78% of people disapprove of the job he is doing... The Greatest disapproval rating in the History of the USA...
I think if a President reaches 60% of Disapproval from the American People, then Congress should start the impeachment process...

But if the technology was present? You could probably sue for some serious cash? Like, y'know, that tv-series, 'Life'?

Correction: 8 years overdue. He thieved the oval office the first time, remember? And he didn't exactly win fairly the 2nd time either, you know?

Here's the thing. I asked the same question when he was re-elected:

The hallowed Founding Fathers of your country gave you the right to bear arms. Basically they said "Here are some guns. We screw up the job, you take us down and rebuild it."

So I was wondering... How friggin' far does your country have to be pushed to exercise that right? Or has the country fallen lazy, it's peoples not wanting to rise to the call and Do What Is Right anymore?

I mean, seriously though. Doing What Is Right is ALSO one of the major things your country was based upon. Maybe it's a myth, and under harsh light it is false... But still, it's a nice myth to live up to.

I was hoping for armed insurrection to correct the wrongs of a hijacked government.

Instead, we got 8 years of the worst president ever to sit on the throne. And look where that got us.
