Actually, that cat isn't ours.
It was really friendly though =)
We have two cats of our own though.
My wife and I had actually been together for 7 years prior, so it was about time we got married =)
And with the house, It didn't look like that when it was built.
There was lots of remodelling done. We saw the former cabinets in the basement laundry room.
I have an idea of what the house looked like previously judging from my parents old house.
We probably wouldn't have bought it if there was no remodelling done.
But yea, we were really suprised when we walked in.
My wife knew instantly that was the house after seeing others that day.
We were going to wait a year to buy a house after we got a little bit of debt out of the way, but we had to take advantage of the rates.
you can't go wrong with 4.29 fixed rate.
And the broker said they might go down one last time before we close.
So yea. We had go with our gut and get it now.
