I disagree. I am all for the death penalty, albeit only in the most extreme causes, in cases with no doubt.
For instance, if some guy wanders into a kindergarten with an Armalite, and gets caught on camera, and sits around afterwards? Death sentence, done deal.
However, this is not a topic for such a discussion.
