yes so did I, I find that your exe file does not work, that gives me the white screen , I get the video sequence but then the vr comes up in this white screen letter box.

& when I paly from dvd drive on hard disk(virtual image) for exampe surf lodge in the closet after big jim slade walks into kitchen I then get the cd spinning on screen when tex is talking to chelsea & then it comes up with a progress bar returning to surf lodge which is gives you the vr mode & that's when it crashes. does the same with dvd express. If you restart & change to software it gets you over that point.

anyway I'm not stuffing around anymore & just play your version.

I find it odd that the you get cd drive activity with my files as they make the game look for the data folder in the game directory and not on a disc.

I only played thru the opening sequences and Tex's Office. The cd version doesn't take as much hdd space


As a side note: I had a black screen (no video) with audio with the cd version that was caused by a codec and/or player (I don't know which one caused it...intel indeo 5, ffdshow, ffmpeg, ogg, vlc, or another) but I fixed it by reinstalling divx.
