Advice, please.

Actually, my internet and computer are running much faster now that I incorporated some of your suggestions. The only time it really slows down is when Spyware Dr. is compiling a new download and then right after the download it runs slow for about 5 minutes.

Downloading always causes slowing to some degree... The slowing that you are experiencing afterwards is Spyware Dr. installing what it just downloaded...

Kewl, as long as you're happy with the performance, that's all you need to worry about...
