Truth is I'll play just about any adventure game.

And yes, I bought and played Conspiracies seven years ago and so desperately hoped for it to rekindle some kind of Tex magic.

My God, it was tough, I MEAN really tough to get through. And I don't mean because the puzzles were hard either.

I simply COULD NOT follow the plot, no matter how much I tried. They might as well all have been actually speaking Greek, because it would have made no difference.

I actually get very depressed after playing it. I found it the other day in my closet and thought about giving it another spin just to see if it was truly that bad, but decided I wasn't up to it yet.

I've still got my copy on the shelf. I must dust it off during my next lot of Summer Holidays and give it a go if I have nothing else to play. Though I anticipate that Duke Nukem, LA Noir and pretty much anything on the 3DS and iPod Touch will be keeping me busy.
