Previous Tiers are included, they just forgot to paste that into the new tiers unfortunately. Its just been edited into the old update about it:
EDIT: Oh! And these 3 New Tiers will include all "Previous Reward Tiers" with regard to their respective places on the list. Thanks!

I would love to get a tex murphy fedora.

the collectors edition of the 3 previous games would be awesome.

But at this point it would be snatching food out of my family's mouths. But if anyone is planning on overshooting their tier by a couple hundred anyway...I can be your conduit.
Depending on how Authentic this thing is going to look maybe its better that its a little less realistic that current "real" Driver licences. That way it can look very good without fake ID issues?
Also how far off a Fedora are you? Can't have you without one when Freep is flaunting his in your face all the time on in his avatar! Unless my hunch is correct and you two are indeed the same person!

The Shot Glass (for my Bushmills and water, on second thought make it a double and hold the water), and the new Episodes of Tex Murphy Radio Theater.
