I came late to BFG because I was one of the lapsed UTM members and didn't hear about BFG at the beginning. I call those lapsed years The Dark Ages

Mine says 4 years 11 weeks...
I joined the BFG Page on August 25, 2008...

I believe you are correct. I seem to recall reading something somewhere in the BFG history that it got started around 2008.

Big Finish Games was started in 2007...

I'm fairly certain that the BFG website started in August of 2008, late August, or at least that's when the forum was opened and the site started accepting members... I believe the Shell of the Website was up a little bit longer than that...

But very late in the year. And, since the web site, as you said, didn't start until 2008, that's why I chose 2008.

Har har. I'm sure that many of us registered on the first day. It's a bummer that they don't let you look at the member list by order of registering like here, but my join date was 08/25/2008 as well. 4 yrs 11 weeks.

I think a lot us didn't register till later as no-one was posting there....lol

I know I was a member of this board even before its revamp in 2005. I had a different username then, but I don't recall what it was. IIRC, I first joined up sometime just after 2000, but I'm old so my memory may be faulty.

Speaking of backer updates, a new download awaits us!
