Also, considering who's talking and the platform he is in, chage "configure the software" to "write the software, upload to Sourceforge, make the first version, port to another *nix and configure"

after all that, TMO would cease to run

Who said I was posting from a *nix system? I could be posting from DOS 3.3 using the Arachne browser for all you know...
In which case, finding a webcam that works on it would be... hard.

Thanks, Travis.
You know, you could play a young Tex Murphy. Do you have a (relatively) low voice?
Oh my goodness!!!!

Glad to see the poster is doing well, and it has a happy home! It is GREAT to see you Travis. Why haven't you posted a picure avatar? You're mighty easy on the eye there, buddy!!
Are you in college by any chance?

What a great idea Jerry!
Young Indiana Jones.....
meet Young Tex Murphy.
That would be so amazing, as there's so much history and backstory that we'd like to know about Tex.

Damn, finally some Tex news! Is it true about the bit with the eggs and the spinal fluid? March 4th 2009 is now a red letter day!

Hmmm, a young Tex? Yes, that would be a very interesting story indeed, though I imagine Tex just read alot.
Actually Jerry, I do have a pretty deep voice. Next video I make I will do my impression of George Takei (Sulu from StarTrek)
Well Jen I'm glad I made your day, breakfast was the hardest. I never know what people want to eat for breakfast. And yes, I am in college.
You like that frame Fred? I had to take two pictures down in my house and combine both of the frames to make anything that would fit that enormous poster.

I've been meaning to get a new webcam since my old one refused to work with Service Pack 2. Although I could just use my video camera... so stay tuned... you never know when I will hit!
