It's not a question, to me, of going back to school or taking a class, it's deciding what you want out of your life, and moving towards the achievement of that goal.

You want to act. There is no reason you can't. Do you know who Dog The Bounty Hunter is? The dude with the crazy mullet on A&E? He was in prison for being involved in a murder, and when he got out he turned his life around, and dedicated it to law enforcement and helping people.

You brought up Robert Downey Jr., who is now clean and free of his legal troubles.

What about Mark Wahlberg? The soft spoken, super polite actor. He was convicted for assault and spent time in jail. He was also into drugs and petty felonies. Now: world famous actor with lots of respect for his craft.

All of these folks have had troubled pasts, but those troubles moved them to action to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. They saw what they'd done, they were shaken out of their habits, and were moved to action.

What makes them able to overcome drugs, crime, and prison sentences to achieve their goals, that you don't have?

I hope you have an answer, 'cause for the life of me, I can't think of one.
