Oh, family friendly. Well, that's different.
If you want to go to aaaaaalllll the work to go back and edit the audio just to avoid offending a few people who care about swears... it depends on how you made it. For me, I'd take the final video, use VLC media player to convert its sound to WAV., edit the .WAV to replace the swears with tones, then edit the new .WAV on the old video.

Well the Kickstarter pitch video used beep censoring. So it'd be quite fitting.
You can find some tutorials on Youtube on how to censor beep using Windows Movie Maker which should come with most PCs or be free to download. Here's one for a more recent version which maybe makes it easier than past versions of the software:
