Yeah I got pretty much the same email... I wrote letting them know that the Link was being faulty and then I asked about the Hotel Discount that the registration page talks about... In the same email I asked about refunds, he said, as long as they were purchased through the official website...

So looks like all is good... Wish it wasn't so far away, I'd be able to know how bad a case load I'll end up with around the time of the Event...

As for the not set in stone thing - maybe it's dependent on how many people book tickets by a certain time? IE they need the support of the fans to go ahead with it.

I am seriously considering going to this, but my vacation time is limited so I don't know if I can.
It's only a 3 day event on a weekend, unless you work weekends then I can see your problem... The good thing is that it is falling on a Holiday Weekend... Last time I looked, even though it is after April 30th, the Tickets are still $99... So if you're gonna go, get it before they up it like they are suppose to...

I live in Las Vegas now so it's a plane trip for me to go, but I think I'll be going. Is there anyone who's going alone that's interested in splitting a hotel room? If so let me know, and I'll be even more inclined to get myself there.

Unfortunately, we are traveling to the U.P. for a 50th wedding anniversary that weekend. Drat! I was trying to figure a way to get to that expo. Would have been sweet! Meet CJ and many of my fellow Tex fans. Definitely worth a paltry $99.
