No problem with the drive issue, Stu. The Doc includes brief but simple instructions regarding how to change the drive on your personal flash drive.

BTW, played UAKM and PD the last few days and it brought back incredibly happifying memories.

For the most part, people are sending me their own flash drives in the mail. But even in the case where someone sends me money to buy a flash drive for them, there is no sales tax violation because I pay sales tax when I buy it. It is legal to let somebody else go to the store and buy something for you. Sales tax is not supposed to double-dip.

It would be a pretty good idea to make a download of all but the CD image files. But I was just checking, and it would still be about 25MB for Pandora and 10MB for UAKM.
I probably should just post detailed instructions. I just haven't had time since I've started teaching this new class.

Copying to the flash drives doesn't take much time and it's a relatively mindless operation. It would take a lot more work to carefully lay out all the directions, but I'll try to work on that a little at a time until I get it ready.

Figured it wouldn't even be a tax issue, but I'm never too sure when it comes to that subject. We be having some strange tax policies in the Great White North.

I'd love to have my own flashdrives, but, I have somewhat a strained relationship with Paypal. I hate it, and I can't get it to work, is the long and short of it.

Any other ways of paying you off, Doc?

Personally, I prefer just transferring the funds directly, but, of course, most people are wary of that. Hence the rise of Paypal.

Oh, I'm finding my way around, but since I moved in May I can't find my personal walk-throughs and puzzle solutions. Eventually, I'll probably have to get out a copy of the strategy guide. Embarassing.
I noticed this, but didn't really get the joke. You've got like 20 copies of the stragedy guide. You should have instant access to ANY of the big 3 games.

The thing here is the fact, like you said, that we all already own the game... So how can anyone prove that we didn't just put it on the Flash Drives Ourselves??? So we've mentioned it on a Message Board and have asked Doc to do it, can't prove that we followed through...
Maybe we didn't want the hassle of mailing or transferring money and just did it ourself... 8)

You're right, Jen! I finally found a strategy guide and made my way through the game. I used to play UAKM and PD all the way through from memory, but not anymore. What's the old saying? You snooze you lose.

At any rate, about a third of the way through I found my own personal walk-through and it was a breeze from there. BTW, my walk-through is complete with individual points, accumulative points and all 3 paths. So, in essence, you only need the one W-T for any path you choose. Cool, eh?

Or a new saying: When you're an old geezer... Lay down in the... freezer? I dunno where I was going with that jibe, but it had something to do with cryogenically freezing your cryogenitals. Or something.

I seldom play games I love so often that I remember everything. The more I forget, the better. Makes for a much better experience when you can go "Ooh yeah, THAT'S how you do that!" or "Hey, I didn't remember this happening, how cool!"

I'd like a two-week alzheimer's please. I remember everything about games for two weeks, then it's erased again.

On second thought, hold the alzheimer's. But I will take two weeks off from work!

Thanks to the Doc, I can play the first 4 of our Tex Series without the need of Disc Swapping or the hassle of configuring this or that... Thanks Doc... :D

Pretty soon we're all going to be so busy replaying Tex we won't have time to post.
