So excited and sooo ashamed :(

I know I was posting on a previous version of UTM. I recall having to re-register in some manner at least once because James said it wasn't possible to migrate the info over. I did frequent another board too, but only occasionally. However, I don't think I was here in 1998. Heck, that's before my house was paid off. Most likely it was around 2000.

Wasn't there some board or something where it automatically emailed you updates every day? I seem to recall signing up and getting emails that way. I killed it after a while cause it became like spam.
I think I joined the ezboard sometime in 2003 before the switchover to the new phpBB forum.
(Ruri_Ayanami from the old Tex Murphy ezboard).

I would've thought it was either 2000 or 2001, but unsure which.

But to quote the man in the hat: "It's not the years, honey. It's the mileage."

Pirates, vampires, zombies, ninjas, ghouls, aliens, goblins, monsters, robots, sorcerers, undead, werewolves, demons, mutated dinosaur-cyborgs and those pesky phone salesmen! The shotgun is a one-size-fits-all solution!
Well, Cub, as always, you never cease to amaze. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

Coit Tower was the one in addition to Alcatraz and TexMurphy.com. We had some great times back them and many, MANY posters who no longer visit. I hope some of them were able to support the Kickstarter fund. A guy who called himself Dragon posted quite often, as I recall.
"If you look to me for illumination, you better have a flashlight!"
Dragon has an account on this board as well. He must've received James' mass mailing during the campaign. Last time I spoke with him was about three or four years ago on one messenger service or another.

I remember Texmurphy.com and Coit Tower!!
Don't forget Nilo's site too.

I was a lurker until 2007, when i joined.

I never really looked at the forums though. I kept the 3 older sites in my bookmarks and visited them to see if there was any new info on a Tex Game. I also visited Accesses site too.

Eventually I gave up hope and those sites just sat there in the bookmarks cause they were dead.
I then found UTM and saw that it was being updated quite a bit.

Started reading the forums a bit and then joined.
