That's great JTOG! In all the years I've been visiting UTM, i've never managed to be part of a chat session (for various reasons). I'd love to be part of this one, if it's not scheduled at 3:30 in the morning or something.

Any updates on the next chat?

I would love to join a next tex chat. I think i am one of the few tex-fans from the Netherlands and since i never been in one i dont know how to join the chat and/or how it is been done in the last few years ?

The "powers that be" are thinking of a Saturday in Aug or Sept. BTW, I've had some interesting PM with Ryan Patton. He is trying to get Nicole Tyndall (sp?) to join in and she is favorable at this time. That would really be great! You know the old saying: The more, the merrier!

A few years ago I started the MSN community so that we could have a place for online chats. Basicly people can start a chat at any time on the board all they have to do is post a notice here of a time and place and they can meet.


However I am trying to organize a large tex chat hopefully with some former Access folks. Once we have an commitment and a good idea of a time I will get back to everyone on the date and time. That way people can plan some questions for them. Otherwise feel free to post your own notice of a chat.
