It varies here... The court system prefers you to be separated 12 to 18 months before they will finalize anything, but if you show that one or both have no interest in the relationship you can speed it up sometimes...
Right now everything is just being help up, mainly due to her not having a lawyer... So everything that is sent to her, she is trying to counter on her own and most of which she has no idea what she is doing... But when you choose to go without a lawyer the court is more lenient on time frames... Something that would normally be due back in 30 days, she'll get 60 days...
The only winner is the Lawyers, that is for sure... That's okay though, I'll just live in sin for the rest of my life... Marriage life wasn't what I thought it would be... lol
