I'm thinking go straight to the top.
No, Charles Onyett or Colin Campbell. I don't know how interested they'll be though. Their old PC editor Jason Ocampo let me do an interview with CJ and AC for 3 Cards to Midnight, but he's long gone.

I guess I should probably pitch them something, but I kind of didn't bother because I suspect they're not real interested.

We don't really have a place to put screenshots yet!

Y'know, CJ has gotten less handsome and more cute with age. Can't explain it.
I think he needs less 11 o'clock shadow, and more of a 5 o'clock.
He can't help it-- some of those hairs are white now

Good. I might have had a small part in them posting on it. I emailed IMG hoping if I didn't go after the big targets I'd have more luck.

Is there a simple, hopefully non-annoying way for a number of us to ask the major gaming sites to cover the Kickstarter drive? Or does someone have, or can make, a list of people to write an e-mail to? It would be worth starting a new thread with the first post being dedicated to instructions, e-mail addresses, and possibly a form letter so that people that are not necessarily good at or comfortable writing a letter can just use that. Also, it would be nice to have all the contact info in one place. Any takers?

While the mainstream gaming press continues to ignore the topic, I came across this Israeli gaming community/reviewers which covered the topic in length!

http://www.games.co.il/article7119.html

They hosted Project Fedora's may 15th pitch, as well as Hitler's reaction

From the Google Chrome translation:

''Tex Murphy adventure series based on a combination of a three - dimensional players can be interrogated and photographed and talked about a cynical private detective, foolish and unfortunate mid-21st century ( read all five chapters of the series ). End of the last game, Overseer, was unresolved and intriguing, leaving fans frustrated and begging for more in 14 years. The filmmakers could now end - the end to give them their rewards after they retrieved over the rights to the series, and launched a campaign to generate promising sequel. The campaign created a stir even before its release, and made passionate fans to post videos on YouTube and even awareness of support in the press ''

Next week's kickstarter post on gamespot.com will feature Tex :)
By the author of the ks weekly posts:
"@plazarid plenty of projects on kickstarter, so it's quite easy to miss one. I'll make sure it goes in next week, though. Thanks for the tip!"

I am running a 5K tomorrow (called Warrior Dash) and I just realized I am going to be around 10's of thousands of people! I know its the opposite of a convention or gaming venue, but I think I'm going to plaster a bunch of car windshields with some Tex flyers. I think I just need to add a funny phrase about how this is so not fitness related, but donate anyway. Any ideas?

And now if I can figure out how to quickly make Tex Murphy shirt that I can wear tomorrow... I guess they sell iron on stuff at the office supply store?

Here is an idea of what I'd like to do, just not sure I can print this quality myself.

Yep! I needed to maximize my quantity and those being 4 per page worked great. Also easy to just print them out on a laser jet. Thank goodness I have a paper cutter at work, I had a lot of cutting. Sai sent me a few of the Wanda color ones 4 per page that I was able to print out in color for some extra flash.
