OK, this might seem a bit out there but, as a programmer, I never use beta tools to develop production software. Frankly, I would be astounded if they are using a BETA engine to develop a PRODUCTION game! Are you kidding? I mean, there's bleeding edge and then there's crazy bleeding edge. You don't use beta software to dev a production product.
I know, I'm saying that the Beta is strictly a demo at this point in time, the whole idea of the bundle was for devs to develop their games in 3.5 and then port it over to 4 when it was ready.

I was just a bit curious to know if they're even going to bother with Unity 4 or not. (as for using Beta tools to develop games, this is the main thing that's putting me off UDK- as nearly all of their builds are Beta lol).
Unity 4 will be out of beta in the next couple month, so it'll probably be that, but the difference as far as this project is concerned is probably being overstated. I don't think it really matters much.
This is true though the main difference will be their new Animation system since it can utilize Mo-cap technology. (I doubt this game will use that though but you never know).
I feel so left out! I didnt have a job or any money during the time of the kickstarter campaign and now I do have a job and money to give and its to friggin' late!

As Chris Marsland said, it absolutely is not too late. You can get in on the rewards too. Just go to the link Chris posted. The more backing the better. Don't give more than you can afford, but please do give, and join us on the backers forum on BFG. :)
